As far as instructions are concerned -- I do not know how the goals scored in the opening rounds can be taken away, but for some reason, way too many goal total tie breakers calculate negative goals for the rest of the tournament! As much as I wish no more Canadian goals count, they surely do not count negatively.
On the other hand -- some WAY overestimate!
